Look forward to daily yoga sessions, which not only strengthen your focus, but also help you to relax tired muscles and fascia after a long day on the mountain, give the body length again and thus prevent shortening. Immerse yourself in the world of meditation and learn how simple breathing exercises and meditation techniques can support you in your professional and sporting everyday life.
After a revitalizing yoga session and a hearty breakfast, you have enough time to use the Joker Card (2x bike transport with the cable car or unlimited passenger transport), to explore the trails or to go on a hike. Would you rather relax and unwind? No problem. A wonderful wellness area with indoor and outdoor pool awaits you.
The yoga sessionsare suitable for every level and beginners are also welcome. Our focus is on learning to listen to your body, recognize your limits and adjust the asanas (postures) to get the best possible benefit from the yoga session.
The retreat will take place in German language.
