- How?
It is important to retain the position taken at the beginning. The lotus
sitting position is not mandatory - meditating can also be done sitting, lying, or kneeling.
- Where?
Where ever it is comfortable for you!
- When and how often?
As often as you like - The only stipulation is that it should be regular. Depending on your individual personality - Practice 5 - 10 minutes daily or a few times a week for a longer period of time.
