Accessibility

The Hotel Saalbacher Hof is actively committed to ensuring that our website complies with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Our aim is to offer all guests - regardless of their individual needs or limitations - the most barrier-free and user-friendly access to our digital content possible.

Implementation & challenges

Creating accessibility - both in the digital space and on site at the hotel - is an ongoing and challenging process. We do everything we can to make our website and our offers accessible to all guests, regardless of individual limitations.

Unfortunately, our website is not yet fully accessible. This applies in particular to functions for people with motor, visual or auditory impairments. Some content - such as technical or booking-related texts - may also not be immediately understandable for all users.

The adaptation of our digital content covers many areas, which is why we are working with experts in the fields of web development and digital accessibility to optimise our website step by step. Due to the technical complexity, the implementation takes place in several stages.

AI - supported tools

To further improve the accessibility of our website, we recommend the use of assistive technologies such as Microsoft Copilot. This AI-supported tool can help you to grasp content more easily and structure information. Microsoft Copilot is integrated into various Microsoft 365 applications and the Edge browser and offers functions that can support people with different needs in everyday digital life.

Our commitment to accessibility

Accessibility is more than just a legal obligation for us at the Hotel Saalbacher Hof - it is a real concern for us. We want all guests to be able to use our website and services without any problems, regardless of their individual limitations. That is why we are strongly committed to implementing the necessary adaptations gradually and with great care.

Your feedback is important to us

If you encounter any barriers on our website or have any suggestions for improvement, we would be delighted to receive your feedback.
Please feel free to contact us by e-mail at: hotel@saalbacherhof.at

Or contact us by telephone on +43 6541 7111 - we will also be happy to help you personally with your booking.

Thank you for your understanding and support on our journey towards more digital and active inclusion.
